Traditional body materials are heavy, poorly insulated and vulnerable to rot, rust and fading. Our FRP-PU sandwich panel has become the preferred composite material for RV and mobile cabin manufacturers worldwide.

Qingdao Kaifeier FRP-PU panels adopt double-sided FRP fiberglass skins bonded with rigid closed-cell PU foam core, formed by one-piece hot pressing. The solid void-free structure delivers stable performance for harsh outdoor RV applications.

The panel features lightweight construction to cut vehicle weight and extend driving range. Its closed-cell PU core offers excellent thermal insulation to stabilize cabin temperature and reduce air conditioning consumption. The anti-UV FRP surface resists yellowing and is simple to clean. Integrated seamless composite construction provides waterproofing and salt spray resistance without rust, bulging or delamination.

We offer standard 40mm, 50mm, 60mm thickness options, with custom colour, dimension cutting and pre-fabrication for windows, doors and pipelines. Suitable for RV walls, roofs and partitions for Type C motorhomes, towable campers and mobile cabins.
