The company has transformed and upgraded its production by hiring high-salary foaming engineers from Haier, adopting a cyclopentane system for polyurethane board manufacturing.Compared to traditional products, the latest cyclopentane system is characterized by its formula having no harm to the atmospheric ozone layer during degradation, satisfying people's aspirations for a better life and highly aligning with the national environmental protection plan for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Qingdao Kaifeier has invested 30 million RMB to achieve automated production, using the world's most advanced foaming machine (Henneji foaming machine). Its self-improved high-flow rotary foaming nozzle ensures the high-end quality of its products. Qingdao Kaifeier is the only polyurethane manufacturer in China's special vehicle industry whose entire performance exceeds national standards.


He basic raw materials for Qingdao Kaifeier's polyurethane boards are supplied by Yantai Wanhua, a world-class chemical company. Qingdao Kaifeier and Yantai Wanhua have established a long-term strategic partnership, with R&D personnel from both companies jointly adjusting production formulas, conducting experiments, and analyzing data.Qingdao Kaifeier possesses strong technical strength and a professional technical team, and has established industry-university-research cooperation relationships with well-known domestic universities. After molding, the FRP panel undergoes surface curing, tension adjustment, and preliminary cutting to ensure dimensional stability and sufficient release of internal stress, providing a high-quality panel substrate that is free from warping and deformation for subsequent composite processing.

Equipped with large-scale CNC cutting equipment, it can achieve automated and precise cutting of PU core material and FRP panel, with dimensional error controlled at the millimeter level, which not only ensures the assembly accuracy of the box, but also greatly improves production efficiency.

Equipped with a large CNC engraving machine, it can perform high-precision grooving, drilling, milling, and other customized processing on FRP panels and PU sandwich panels. Through digital programming, it can achieve one-time molding of complex structures, ensuring precise matching of the installation positions and interface dimensions of refrigerated truck body components, greatly improving assembly efficiency and body sealing.

After being laminated and cut, the sandwich panels undergo final inspection in this area for dimensions, flatness, and appearance. Those that pass inspection are then sorted and stacked. Each panel undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure that its insulation performance, structural strength, and surface quality meet the production standards for refrigerated truck bodies, making it ready for assembly at any time.

We employ an automated continuous molding process using fiberglass rolls as raw material. Through impregnation, curing, and traction processes, we produce large-width FRP panels in a single operation. This process ensures uniform panel thickness and a smooth surface, and can stably produce various surface finishes such as high-gloss, matte, and textured materials, meeting the appearance and performance requirements of refrigerated truck bodies.
