After molding, the FRP panel undergoes surface curing, tension adjustment, and preliminary cutting to ensure dimensional stability and sufficient release of internal stress, providing a high-quality panel substrate that is free from warping and deformation for subsequent composite processing.

We employ industry-leading high-pressure foaming technology to mold the polyurethane core material in a single process using a specialized mold. This ensures uniform board density and stable thermal insulation performance, providing high-quality core materials for subsequent composite processes.

Each batch of PU core material undergoes rigorous dimensional and density testing, and is classified and stacked to ensure that every core material meets the order specifications, providing a stable and reliable raw material guarantee for subsequent production.

Equipped with a large CNC engraving machine, it can perform high-precision grooving, drilling, milling, and other customized processing on FRP panels and PU sandwich panels. Through digital programming, it can achieve one-time molding of complex structures, ensuring precise matching of the installation positions and interface dimensions of refrigerated truck body components, greatly improving assembly efficiency and body sealing.

After being laminated and cut, the sandwich panels undergo final inspection in this area for dimensions, flatness, and appearance. Those that pass inspection are then sorted and stacked. Each panel undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure that its insulation performance, structural strength, and surface quality meet the production standards for refrigerated truck bodies, making it ready for assembly at any time.

Fiberglass panel production: The sequence is as follows: molding → post-processing → cutting → slitting.
