Product Introduction:

Rigid polyurethane (PU/PUR) foam board is a closed-cell polymer material produced by the addition reaction of isocyanate and polyol. Its stable molecular structure makes it one of the best-performing industrial insulation materials currently available.


The product features a fully closed-cell structure, combining multiple advantages such as ultra-efficient thermal insulation, lightweight yet high strength, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability. It also boasts good sound insulation, impact resistance, and electrical insulation properties. Customized flame-retardant formulations are available, making it widely applicable in insulation applications for refrigerated trucks, cold storage facilities, containers, RVs, and building walls.

    • Closed-cell moisture-proof: Closed-cell rate ≥97%, water absorption rate ≤0.2%, no water absorption, no mold growth, and no aging even after long-term use.

    • Lightweight and high-strength: Multiple density options available, balancing insulation performance and structural strength to suit various application scenarios.

    • Dimensionally stable: No expansion or contraction, resistant to high and low temperature changes, no deformation or cracking even after long-term use.

    • Strong adhesion: Strongly bonds to surface materials such as FRP, aluminum plates, and color steel plates, suitable for various sandwich panel structures.

    • Processing-friendly: Supports manual/mechanical cutting and CNC forming; specifications and shapes can be customized as needed.

Application scenarios for different densities


  • 35kg/m³: Ultralight insulation type, suitable for weight-sensitive scenarios where insulation is the primary concern, such as RVs and light refrigerated trucks.

  • 40kg/m³: General-purpose insulation type, balancing insulation and strength, the mainstream choice for cold storage and conventional refrigerated trucks.

  • 45kg/m³: High-strength insulation type, balancing insulation and load-bearing capacity, suitable for medium and large refrigerated trucks and industrial cold storage.

  • 70kg/m³: Structurally reinforced type, high strength and high stability, can be used as a load-bearing structural core material, suitable for heavy-duty truck bodies and special tooling.
