The surface layer uses FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panels, and the core material is XPS (extruded polystyrene foam board), which is composite molded at high temperature. XPS has a uniform closed honeycomb structure, high compressive strength, almost no water absorption, and excellent moisture resistance; combined with the corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and easy cleaning properties of FRP, the overall board has good load-bearing capacity, moisture resistance, heat insulation, and resistance to high and low temperatures, making it suitable for high humidity, ground, roof, and building exterior wall insulation projects.
