The top and bottom panels are made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) with an aluminum honeycomb/PP honeycomb core in the middle, and the core is hot-pressed with a high-strength, environmentally friendly adhesive film. The honeycomb structure is extremely lightweight, rigid, highly flat, and has excellent bending resistance. Combined with the FRP panels, it is aesthetically pleasing, corrosion-resistant, weather-resistant, and anti-aging. It is a lightweight, high-strength structural material suitable for enclosure and partition projects with high requirements for self-weight and flatness.
