The surface layer uses PP polypropylene plastic panels, and the core material is high-density closed-cell polyurethane (PU) foam, which is integrally composite molded under high temperature and pressure. The PU core has uniform closed cells, extremely low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation performance, and is almost non-absorbent and moisture-proof. Combined with the lightweight, flexible, acid and alkali resistant, food-grade odorless, and easy-to-clean properties of the PP panels, the overall board is lightweight, has strong thermal insulation, and is resistant to moisture and corrosion. It is suitable for lightweight insulation scenarios such as light refrigerated truck compartments, RV interiors, food processing workshops, mobile sanitation cabins, and livestock breeding insulation enclosures.
