The panels consist of FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panels on the top and bottom layers, with a rigid polyurethane (PU) foam core in the middle, bonded together under high pressure. The FRP panels offer advantages such as high gloss, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, and easy cleaning; the PU closed-cell foam provides excellent thermal insulation, is lightweight yet high-strength, and exhibits good dimensional stability. The overall panel is lightweight, provides strong insulation, has a firm bond, and is weather-resistant and durable, making it the preferred material for insulation enclosures in refrigerated trucks, cold storage facilities, refrigerated containers, and RVs.
